Hello, I’m Phaedra, the Founder and Chief Board Officer of Phood Boards! Food is my love language, and I believe there’s no better way to express it than with a beautifully crafted board. From a very young age, I found myself drawn to the kitchen, learning at my Mum’s side. She ignited my passion for food, sparking a lifelong love of cooking that continues to this day.

Decades spent in the world of food (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and events) gave me an intimate understanding of the food world. Both my experiences and my travels have revealed the unique way food transcends language and culture, fostering connections through shared tastes and experiences.
