1. Combine 2 tablespoons of your dip mix of choice with 1/2 cup each of sour cream and mayo.
2. Stir well until combined.
3. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or ideally overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Serve with your favorite chips, vegetables, or crackers.

For a lighter dip, substitute any dip ingredients for Greek yogurt, or low-fat sour cream or mayo if you prefer. Feel free to mix and match however you like.
Directions
1. In a large saucepan, combine the red wine, mulling spice, sugar, brandy, and orange slices.
2. Heat until the wine almost reaches a simmer over medium-high heat. (Avoid letting it bubble in any way. Alcohol begins to evaporate at 172°F, so take care to ensure that this doesn’t happen.)
3. Reduce heat to low, cover completely, and let the wine simmer for 20-30 minutes at a minimum.
4. Strain the wine into a heatproof pitcher or individual mugs.
5. Serve hot and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
